Mudon is a villa and townhouse community in Dubailand developed by Dubai Properties. Its defining feature is the amount of open space designed into the masterplan - a central park spine with cycling and running tracks running through the community rather than tacked onto the edge of it.

Where Mudon is

Mudon sits in Dubailand with access to Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road, which connects it to both sides of the city. Like the rest of the Dubailand belt, it trades commute time for space - the homes are larger and the plots wider than equivalent money buys closer in.
