We built OSP around a simple idea: send people three properties that fit rather than thirty that might. That means asking more questions at the start - budget, commute, schools, whether this is somewhere you will live or something you will let - and doing the filtering ourselves instead of handing you a search results page.

We tell you the number
Valuations built on what comparable properties transacted at, not what they are listed at. Sometimes that is not what you hoped to hear.
We say when it is wrong
If a community does not suit how you actually live, we will say so - even when it costs us the sale.
We know the buildings
Two identical units in the same tower can differ in service charge, light and resale demand. That detail is the job.
We stay after the deal
Handover snagging, tenancy setup, service charge queries. The transaction is the start of the relationship, not the end.

We work directly with the master developers on off-plan releases, which means floor plans, payment plans and availability as units are released rather than after they have gone.
Questions people ask before getting in touch
Do you charge buyers a fee?
Agency commission in Dubai is standardly 2% and is paid on completion. We will tell you exactly what applies to your transaction before you commit to anything.
I am not in Dubai - does that matter?
No. A large share of our clients buy from overseas. We handle viewings by video, coordinate the paperwork, and a power of attorney covers anything requiring someone present.
Can you help if I am just starting to look?
That is the best time to talk to us. Deciding the community is the decision that matters most, and it is much harder to undo than the choice of unit.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are RERA-registered and every listing we advertise carries a Trakheesi permit number, our office ORN and the responsible agent's BRN.
