DAMAC Islands 2

DAMAC Islands 2 is the second phase of DAMAC's island-themed villa community in Al Yelayiss 1, part of the Dubailand expansion. Each cluster of villas takes its name and landscaping cue from a different world island theme, continuing the concept from the first phase.

Villas start from AED 2.8M across four- and five-bedroom layouts, each with a private garden and pool, and the community shares resort-style amenities - lagoon pools, a wave pool, water sports and parkland running through the development.

Al Yelayiss 1 sits inside Dubailand, within reach of Al Ain Road and the wider Dubailand road network, putting Downtown and the airport within a comfortable drive. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2030 on a 20/55/25 payment plan.
