Mudon sits in Dubailand with access to Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road, which connects it to both sides of the city. Like the rest of the Dubailand belt, it trades commute time for space - the homes are larger and the plots wider than equivalent money buys closer in.

Who it suits

Mudon appeals to families who want outdoor space they will actually use. The park network is the reason people choose it over comparable communities nearby, and it is what tends to keep residents there when they move up from a townhouse to a villa rather than leaving the community altogether.

Mudon Views is the apartment and townhouse phase and draws the most search interest of any part of the community. Arabella is the townhouse phase, released in stages, and is where most of the three and four-bedroom stock sits. Layouts and service charges vary between phases.
