Sobha City

Sobha City is Sobha Realty's master-planned community in Al Bahyah, on Dubai's northern growth corridor toward the Ajman border. It's a coming-soon launch, aimed at buyers who want a new-build Sobha address at a lower entry price than the developer's central Dubai projects.

The plan covers townhouses and villas built around green spine parks and a central retail and leisure strip, in the same owner-build quality Sobha applies across its developments - in-house joinery, stone and MEP rather than third-party contractors.

Al Bahyah sits on Emirates Road, giving a direct run down to Dubai and up to Sharjah and Ajman, which is the appeal for buyers priced out of villa communities closer in. Starting from AED 1.9M, with handover scheduled for Q3 2029.
