Grand Polo - Selvara

Grand Polo - Selvara is Emaar's equestrian-themed villa release in Dubai Investment Park Second, part of the wider Dubai Polo and Equestrian precinct. It's a coming-soon launch for buyers who want space, stables access and a lower-density setting than Emaar's more central communities.

Villas start from AED 6.2M across five- and six-bedroom layouts, with private gardens and pools, and the community is planned around polo fields, equestrian facilities and parkland rather than a retail-led centre.

Dubai Investment Park Second sits off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, roughly midway between Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International, which keeps it convenient despite the quieter setting. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2029.
